We deliberately avoid mineral oils and parabens in this product. The term "mineral oils" covers various synthetic, colorless and odorless oils and waxes that are extracted from petroleum in multi-stage purification and processing processes. BIODROGA deliberately avoids mineral oils in its products and instead relies on oils and waxes of natural origin. Parabens are preservatives and effectively protect the product from germs. Parabens are generally approved as ingredients in cosmetics for preservation, so they can be used. However, BIODROGA deliberately avoids using parabens in its products, as they have been the subject of many critical discussions in the media in recent years and we sense the uncertainty among our customers. Instead of parabens, we use alternative preservation systems for this product to protect our products from germs.

No animal ingredients. All ingredients used in this product are either natural, biotechnological or synthetic and not of animal origin. BIODROGA does not use animal ingredients in this product. Of course, we do not carry out animal testing on either raw materials or finished cosmetic products. We deliberately avoid using silicones in this product. Silicones are nourishing ingredients that give cosmetics a pleasant feel on the skin and a beautiful texture. However, due to their synthetic origin and the incalculable risks to the environment, they are discussed very critically and certain silicones have already been banned for this reason. For this reason, we use oils and waxes of natural origin instead of silicones for this product.

Die DD Cream wirkt wie ein Schutzschild gegen oxidativen Stress und freie Radikale und versorgt die Haut mit wertvoller Feuchtigkeit. Zudem schützt sie mit LSF 25 vor lichtbedingter Hautalterung. Verkapselte Farbpigmente verschmelzen beim Auftragen mit der Haut und optimieren mit einer leichten bis mittleren Deckkraft den Hautton, während lichtreflektierende Pigmente Linien und Fältchen kaschieren.
Application

Eine kleine Menge der Creme gleichmäßig mit den Fingern oder mit einem Pinsel auf das Gesicht und den Hals auftragen und verblenden.

  • Hyaluronic acid

    Hyaluronic acid is a natural component of the skin and is characterized by the fact that it can bind many times its own molecular weight in water (1g of hyaluronic acid can store up to 6 liters of water). In the skin, it therefore serves as a water reservoir (moisture reservoir) and helps to ensure that the skin is adequately supplied with moisture. A good supply of the skin with moisture is essential for the skin's own processes, such as the removal of dead, hardened skin cells, to run optimally. The hyaluronic acid is obtained through a biotechnological fermentation process and is partially optimized using chemical methods.

  • Vitamin E-acetate

    Vitamin E is an antioxidant that captures free radicals. It has been proven to protect the skin from free radicals. A proven mechanism that reduces UV-induced damage (extrinsic skin aging) is the breakdown of ornithine decarboxylase and the protection of the cell membrane.
    Vitamin E improves the water-binding capacity of the stratum corneum and reduces water loss from the skin, which has a positive effect on the skin's moisture content. The skin is visibly smoothed and the skin's texture is demonstrably improved.
